Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Administrative Support:
    Manage complex administrative tasks for senior leaders, including correspondence, scheduling, and confidential documentation.

  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Compile, analyze, and prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and memos using data from multiple sources.

  • Data & Systems Management:
    Maintain departmental databases and create spreadsheets that support operations and decision-making.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination:
    Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events (on-site and off-site), including logistics and communications.

  • Travel & Expense Management:
    Coordinate business travel, process expense reports, and assist with invoice payments.

  • Communication & Coordination:
    Act as a liaison across teams by screening calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.

  • Team Collaboration & Support:
    Partner with other administrative staff, share workload, and help train junior assistants.

  • Additional Support:
    Provide flexible administrative support to leaders, departments, and external partners as needed.
