Experience: 6+ years in insurance sales; team leadership experience
Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI)
Core Duties:
Lead sales teams or operate independent agency
Train and mentor junior agents
Build strategic partnerships and marketing campaigns
Analyze risk and regulatory compliance
Represent the agency in community or industry events
Salary Range: $90,000–$150,000+ (commissions, overrides, profit sharing)
