Home health and personal care aides help people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or cognitive impairments by assisting in their daily living activities. They often work in clients' homes, group homes, or care facilities and may assist with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, and companionship. Some aides, with training, also monitor vital signs or administer basic medications under supervision.

3. HOW TO BECOME ONE
Minimum Education: High school diploma or none required
Training: On-the-job or formal training programs (2–4 weeks); state licensing for certified agencies
